"Initially we have determined three competencies of new professions for students: 3D modeling and 3D prototyping, mobile robotics and internet of things in everyday life. The center will provide the opportunities for students to study and acquire knowledge and skills which will help them to get the professions of constructor, designer or programmer in the future," Andrei Bobovich said.
To work in the center the teachers will complete training in Skolkovo in Russia. Desire to learn something new is the major selection criterion to study in the center. "There are no restrictions. We will form groups according to the necessity," Andrei Bobovich noted. Students will get the opportunity to study the programming language, programs to set up smart cities and smart houses. They will also learn how to make up robots and launch copters.
"The practice shows that a lot of students want to deal with modern things, which will be useful in their future profession," Andrei Bobovich said. Among the major aims of the center Andrei Bobovich named career guidance and early discovery of children's aptitude to different professions.
